Douglas McWhorter celebrates 50 years as Birmingham Bar member

Doug McWhorter recently attended a luncheon presented by the Birmingham Bar Association to commemorate his 50th anniversary as a member of the bar.  Since joining the Birmingham Bar Association in 1973, Doug has participated in numerous committees and community projects sponsored by the Bar, including “Wills for Heros” where Doug and other members of the Birmingham Bar Association drafted wills and powers of attorney for the firefighters and military personnel free of charge.  Dominick Feld Hyde commends Doug for his long-standing membership in the Birmingham Bar Association and for his service to the community.
