Alert - ACA Notice of Marketplace Coverage to Employees

All employers must provide a written notice to all employees before October 1, 2013, and all those hired thereafter, of information about the New Health Insurance Marketplace Coverage Options and Your Health Coverage.

Look under the heading: Notice to Employees of Coverage Options for the model notice one that applies to you. 
Generally employers must provide the first 2 pages (only) of the model notice for employers who offer insurance. None of this information is employee specific.
If an employee attempts to purchase insurance though the Exchange they may ask you to provide the information on page 3 of the attachment. In such  case the "Employer Coverage Tool" worksheet should be used.
