Vince focuses on business planning, succession planning, real estate, taxation, estate planning, and probate administration. Vince frequently partners with business owners and professionals, providing unique solutions to ensure an efficient transfer of ownership of closely-held companies to the next generation. Vince also works with families of children with special needs to preserve government benefits eligibility for such children, while ensuring they maintain the quality of life to which they are accustomed.
Vince takes an active role in his community, sitting on many boards. Vince currently serves as the President of the Mountain Brook Chamber of Commerce and is an appointed member of the Editorial Board for the City of Mountain Brook. Vince serves as the reporter for the Alabama Law Institute’s Standing Committee on Trusts and is a member of the Jefferson County GOP Executive Committee. In the past, Vince has served as General Counsel to the Birmingham Volunteer Lawyers Program, and sat on the executive committee of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Probate Committee, where he served as CLE chair and Social Chair.
Vince is married to Anne Schilleci, a retired certified public accountant. Together, they own Freedom Soap Company, an all-natural soap and skincare company with wholesale customers throughout the US. They have two children, Vince and Anna Frances, two dogs (Buster and Scout) and two cats (Marvin and Leia) that keep them on their toes. They live in Birmingham, Alabama, and attend St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, where Vince serves as a Lector and Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion.
